Frequent, concentrated LOW  flying jets fly over my home starting at 6 AM every minute for hours and even after Midnite.  It is destroying my quality of life -I can't sleep, sit outside and enjoy what I worked so hard to attain, hold conversations not to mention the pollution and decible torture. Imagine every minute for over 45 minutes listening to Jets fly so low you can see the windows on the plane.  The FAA should be held accountable to this procedure and made to have a EPA study and noise pollution monitors put at LGA and monitor this insult to a community.
